One of the first things we must point out is that we are not cleaners or painters.The CEILCOTE process is a unique one-coat airless spray treatment specifically developed for the application of ProCoat and SteelCoat coatings.

SO HOW DO WE DO IT?

1 First we protect everything with special polythene sheeting, and mask all light fittings, vents, sprinklers, etc., to avoid overspray.

2 The ceiling is then cleaned and prepared with specially formulated agents to remove dirt, grease and carbon deposits. Any problem stains will be treated with a pre-coat, and any minor damage can be repaired.
Tiles beyond repair can of course be replaced as part of the project.

3 Next, we apply the secret of our success! The entire ceiling: (including grids in the case of acoustic tiles), is sprayed with ProCoat or SteelCoat, our unique formula non-toxic, odourless coatings.

4 Finally, we survey the ceiling and retouch where necessary. All protection and masking materials are then removed and your room is left exactly as we found it. If it wasn't for the dazzling new look ceiling, you wouldn't know we had been there!
